I worked on the founding of my own independent film production company in the Batten incubator (and yes, it was awesome). The work included revising a script I wrote prior to Darden and then creating a model on how to bring the project to the screen. Along the way I met with several legal, financial, and creative parties and will continue my work on it over the course of the year.

The Year Ahead: What First Years Can Expect I’ll admit it – I got a lot of pleasure watching first years trudge by on their way to learning team as I sipped my wine at the SY Welcome Back Reception last Monday. I remember walking by this event myself last year with a heavy heart as I thought of all the nights I would spend in learning team before it was time for my own SY reception. With this in mind, I thought I would throw a benevolent bone of empathy to these downtrodden souls and shed some light on the year ahead.
